Payment Policy:

Booking amount must be paid at the time of booking. Free cancellation can be done within 24 hrs of booking and 30 days before check-in date. Our policy is very simple .

There are no exceptions unless a state of Emergency by SC Governor.

Security Deposit will be refunded unless:

You break it, you pay; anything missing will be charged a fee for that item.

Check in 4 pm, check out 10 am.

Any out of ordinary cleaning fees will be deducted from the security deposit. No bikes are allowed in the condo. No pets allowed in condo. No parties allowed in Condo. If you spill anything, you must clean it. Leave the place as good as you left it.
