Payment Policy:

The booking amount must be paid at the time of booking. Free cancellation can be done within 24 hrs of booking and 60 days before the check-in date. Our policy is very simple.

Security Deposit will be refunded unless: You break it, you pay;

anything missing will be charged a fee for that item.

if you smoke in a condo

No luggage Carts are allowed in the condo

No bikes are allowed in the condo.

Check-in at 4 pm, and check-out at 10 am.

Any out-of-ordinary cleaning fees will be deducted from the security deposit, and No pets are allowed in the condo. No parties are allowed in Condo. If you spill anything, you must clean it. Leave the place as good as you left it.
