What is the check-in and check-out time?

Check-in is at 4:00 PM, and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request.

Is there parking available?

Yes, All properties offer free private parking for guests.

Are pets allowed in the condos?

Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in our condos to ensure a clean and comfortable environment for all guests.

Is there a minimum stay requirement?

Yes, we require a minimum stay of 2 nights. Special discounts are available for weekly (7+ nights) and monthly stays.

How close are the condos to the beach?

All condos are perfectly positioned right behind the beach, so you can leave the car behind and enjoy the ocean with ease. Breakers Units 220, 324 & 328 offer a short stroll across the boardwalk, making it effortless to roll coolers, strollers, or simply walk barefoot onto the sand.

What amenities are included in the condos?

Each condo includes a fully equipped kitchen, air conditioning, a stand-up shower, beach towels, a washer and dryer, and free Wi-Fi. Additional amenities like Roku TVs and heated pools are also provided.

How can I book a stay at one of the condos?

You can book your stay online through our booking system. For any questions or special requests, feel free to contact us directly.

What is the cancellation policy?

Our cancellation policy requires at least 60 days notice prior to your booking date.

Are there any special discounts available?

Yes, discounts are built in for longer stays, including 7+ nights, 10-day, and 14-day bookings. We also offer special monthly rates for December, January, and February. All discounts are applied automatically, and booking direct saves you about 18% compared to platforms like Airbnb and Booking.com.

Is there a heated pool?

Yes, guests can enjoy our heated pool, which remains temperature-controlled from March through December for your comfort.

Is there a kid pool?

Yes, we do have a dedicated kid pool on-site; however, please note that this specific pool is not heated.

Is there security on the property?

While there is no dedicated security team, our friendly greeter staff are always available to assist guests. Additionally, during the peak summer season, staff members are present on the property 24 hours a day to ensure a smooth stay.

Are there elevators?

Yes, for your convenience and ease of access to the units, the property is equipped with 2 elevators.
