Yes. You can select from our available vacation rentals, including Breakers units 220, 324, and 328, based on availability for your preferred dates.
We require a minimum stay of two nights. Special discounts are available for weekly stays of seven or more nights and monthly reservations.
Check-in is at 4:00 PM, and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request.
You can contact us to request an extension. Additional nights depend on availability, applicable rates, and the property’s reservation policies.

Our vacation rental condos are located at The Breakers, 4 North Forest Beach Drive, Hilton Head Island, South Carolina 29928. The oceanfront location is near Coligny Beach, Coligny Plaza, restaurants, shopping, and popular island attractions.
All 3 condos are located directly behind the beach, with a short walk across the boardwalk to reach the sand. Guests can conveniently walk to the beach without needing to drive.
Yes. Coligny Plaza is within easy walking distance of The Breakers. Guests can visit nearby restaurants, coffee shops, boutiques, and entertainment venues.
Yes. Lowcountry Celebration Park is nearby and features a large playground, open green spaces, and outdoor recreation opportunities for families.

Unit 324 has a king bed in the bedroom, while units 220 and 328 have queen beds. Choose the unit that best fits your family’s sleeping arrangements and preferences.
Yes. All three condos feature custom children’s-size bunk beds measuring 72 inches long by 42 inches wide. Each unit also includes a separate bedroom with a queen or king bed and a queen sleeper sofa. Review the dimensions to ensure the bunks are suitable for your children.

The property does not have a dedicated security team, but friendly greeter staff are available to assist guests. During the peak summer season, staff members are present on the property 24 hours a day.
