Do you allow pets?
No, our resort is a pet-free resort. Additionally, our family has asthma and severe allergies to all cats and dogs, so we strive to maintain an allergen-free environment for our family and our guests.
Do you allow smoking?
No, we do not allow smoking or vaping of any substances in our villa, on our balcony, or in the hallway of our building. Thank you!
What time is Check-in and Check-out? Can I check in early or check out late?
Check-in is 4:00 pm; Check-out is 10:00 am.
When possible, we are happy to allow our guests to check in early. However, it is not guaranteed. There are many factors that impact the ability to check in early, such as cleaning crew availability, maintenance needs, and required repairs. Please be aware that this is less likely on Saturday check-ins and during high occupancy months. As soon as the villa is vacant, cleaned, and ready for your stay, I will text you and let you know that you can go ahead and check in!
Late check-out is generally not able to be accommodated unless there are no guests checking in that same day. Feel free to ask and we will accommodate when possible.
What kind of communication can I expect with you, the Owner?"
Prior to your stay, you will have my email address, as well as the Contact Form on this site. I will be happy to answer any questions.
Three days before check-in, you will receive a detailed email from me with check-in instructions, house rules also be given our phone numbers.
During your stay, you are welcome to contact me via email if you have any questions or experience any emergency. You can also contact me phone call.
What if there is a problem during our stay?
Firstly, we strongly encourage all of our guests to do a thorough inspection of the property upon arrival and to notify us immediately of any issues with cleanliness or disrepair.
If you experience any maintenance problems during your stay, we ask that you contact us and we will do our best to remedy the issue as soon as possible and as conveniently as possible for you. We have wonderful cleaning staff, handyman, plumber, appliance repair, etc. on the island that we can call to resolve any issues that you might encounter.
When do I get my security/damage deposit back?
After my cleaning staff has inspected the villa and reported no significant damage to the linens, furniture, or structure of the villa, your damage deposit will be refunded to your credit card. This generally occurs within 2 days of check-out, but could take up to 7 days. If there are any issues that may incur a forfeit of part or all of your deposit, you will be notifed as soon as possible.
Does your building have an elevator?
Yes, our building has an elevator, but we are on the first floor. If needed, there is a ramp in front of the building. There are also luggage carts available at the elevator if needed.
Is your villa handicapped accessible or appropriate for people with limited mobility?
Yes the interior of our villa has all living spaces on a single floor, there are ramp leading to the villa itself. To enter or exit the villa, you must climb 1 sets of stairs or use ramp.
Do you have a washer and dryer in your villa?
Yes there is a coin-operated laundry room on our 1st floor.
Do you have a pack-and-play or other baby equipment?
We do not have any baby equipment in the villa, but there is a wonderful company called Beach-n-Baby Rentals that rents all types of baby (and beach) equipment.
Do you have recommendations for travel insurance?
