What is the check-in and check-out time?

Check-in is at 4:00 PM, and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request.

Is there parking available?

Yes, both properties offer free private parking for guests.

Are pets allowed in the condos?

Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in our condos to ensure a clean and comfortable environment for all guests.

Is there a minimum stay requirement?

Yes, we require a minimum stay of 3 nights. Special discounts are available for weekly (7+ nights) and monthly stays.

How close are the condos to the beach?

Both condos are perfectly positioned right behind the beach, so you can leave the car behind and enjoy the ocean with ease. Breakers Units 220 & 328 offer a short stroll across the boardwalk, making it effortless to roll coolers, strollers, or simply walk barefoot onto the sand.

What amenities are included in the condos?

Each condo includes a fully equipped kitchen, air conditioning, a stand-up shower, beach towels, a washer and dryer, and free Wi-Fi. Additional amenities like Roku TVs and heated pools are also provided.

How can I book a stay at one of the condos?

What is the cancellation policy?

Our cancellation policy varies depending on the booking date and duration. For detailed information, please refer to our booking terms and conditions.

Yes, we offer a 10% discount for weekly stays (7+ nights) and special rates for monthly stays during December, January, and February.
